Jack Levy

Jack has been involved in insurance since 1981 when he joined the industry in Scotland. He moved to Pattaya in 1990 and has been here ever since which makes Jack the longest serving expat insurance person in Pattaya. He has gathered up an unrivalled amount of local knowledge about Thai and international insurance procedures along the way. His experience is second to none. Testament to this is the large number of clients who have trusted him with their insurance business for many years. Jack is a dedicated supporter of the Care for Kids and Royal British Legion Thailand charities. He is married to Jintana with two children, Shoshanah and Macallan.

Graham Macdonald

Graham has been selling insurance in Thailand since 1994 and moved to the Eastern Seaboard (ESB) in 1995. He has extensive knowledge of the region and became the inaugural Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) ESB in 1997. He sat on the main board of BCCT for 14 years and was the Chairman for the last two. He was awarded MBE, by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, in the New Year’s Honours list 2012, “for services to British business interests in Thailand”. Soon after this he became Chairman of the South African-Thai Chamber of Commerce which he did for four years. He is now the South African Consul Designate for the ESB.

Ms Pattheera Simmasakulpat (Pui)

Pui holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from Bangkok North University. After gaining her degree Pui spent 8 years in IT Marketing and Business Support. In 2015, she obtained her Non-Life Insurance qualifications and was then qualified and registered as an Insurance Broker with the Office of Insurance Commission. With this qualification she then joined the Macallan Insurance Broker team where she is responsible for client services.

Wanarom Hiranprapakul (Wana)

Office Manager

Wana holds a Batchelors Degree in Hotel Management from Dusit Thai College, Bangkok. After working in the Import/Export sector for over 7 years she moved into insurance broking in Pattaya more than 11 years ago. This move required her to get the necessary insurance qualifications in both Life and Non-Life as determined by the Office of Insurance Commission. Wana joined the Macallan Insurance Broker Co. Ltd. more than 7 years ago in a Business Development role and has since become the Office Manager. In this role she is required to supervise the placement of insurance plans for Macallan’s clientele.
